OBJECTIVE:
The task in this project was to design a private villa that has a contemporary vernacular theme.
DESIGN HIGHLIGHTS:
The architecture was inspired from Tongkonan ( a traditional torajan house ) . From the architectural circular layout, space design was arranged and adapted to fit the owner request.
From design forms and material concept itself, are considered using natural materials such as wood and natural stones, yet still has form follow functions philosophy. Letting
the nature be the story teller.
